Indesign Beta has expired

I was currently working on my online document with the beta version of Indesign.
But now the software show me a message when I try to run it saying my version of Indesign beta has expired.

I downloaded my online document on my computer to open it with the standard version of Indesign and it's working, but I'd like to know if the beta version will be available again because I like the online option.
I tried to reinstall it and tried to run it on another computer but the same message appears.

Thank you

Hi All,

Thank you for your patience. As rightly said by our expert @Steve Werner. The team has posted the new InDesign beta build, and is now available for production.

Let us know if you are able to access the beta version fine.

Thanks,

Harshika

Good news, a new Beta build 18.9.0.34 just arrived this morning, and I appears to work fine.

Same problem here.  I was using it mainly to work on Cloud files as the other Adobe apps were working.

Any help ?

I think I'd try uininstalling the Beta, then reinstalling it.

I have a second Mac computer, my Intel processor 2016 MacBook Pro. It also had the beta installed. It also gave the same message as you got.

I uninstalled that version of the beta (18.9 but an older build).  I DELETED THE PREFERENCES (you're prompted whether to delete or not). I ALSO HAD UP REBOOT MY COMPUER. Then I reinstalled the Beta.

I also get the same message that the Beta had Expired!

I'm having an identical problem. I've tried updating the creative cloud app and uninstalling and re-installing the latest beta version and it still keeps telling me that i'm using an expired version. I can't seem to find any information about this anywhere which is very frustrating!

InDesign Beta is available on my computer and is working for me. Here's the way it appears in the current Creative Cloud app:

When it's open, this shows the current version. Hold down the Cmd key while choosing About InDesign:

The reason to use it is to test and use the new InDesign cloud documents which are being developed (similar to those in Photoshop and Illustrator.

Make sure you have updated your Creative Cloud Desktop app.

It is a fairly firm rule never to use beta or pre-release software for commercial work, or for any work intended to reach final users. Features may be removed or modified before release and the project may be permanently crippled as a result.

OP didn't say he is working on commercial/production work. He didn't complain either.
Now to your stance:

It's also well known that you don't really test when you're not working on something at work's scale.

I got my first computer in 1987 and internet access in 1995. I have read what you wrote a billion times, and I have never ever seen a removed feature, or anything that is crippling a document made with a beta software. Handful fo times I've seen beta tester been given routines to convert their projects upon a significant change.

Everything you say is right, but it's far from the reality of things. And I am so tired to read them again and again on forums, it's like telling "We told you so". Really tiring.

Ask your beta related questions in the beta forum.

Is there a separate beta forum? That is not the pre release forum...

@5063041,

There is no separate Beta forum. You should be prompted when there is a new version. It's often listed in the Prerelease forum (although you don't need to be in the Prerelease Forum to use the Beta).
