InDesign Cursor and everything massive and pix elates on second screen

Morning. I recently got a new laptop and reinstalled all the adobe programs I use. One of which is InDesign. AS soon as I drag my InDesign over to my second screen everything zooms in an my cursor is massive but all the other programs are fine. I have uninstall and reinstalled it, and nothing works. Is it a setting in InDesign because I cant find any help online.
