InDesign Error 40/Exporting PDF video not working

Hello, I have been trying to solve an issue I'm having for days now with no luck. I need to publish a project for school but I keep getting error 40. I have done some research and saw that the video I have in there might be too large. I compressed the video as small as I could but I still receive the error. I have tried disabling AVG, restarting my computer, trying other formats of the video, etc. No matter what I do, I still receive the error - An error occurred while uploading your document. Please try again. Error #40 ID: 61a70380-a01a-11e9-90c6-d98539c522e2.

I am allowed to export the project as an Interactive PDF, but the video only plays when opened through Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. In Firefox, it shows the video but doesn't play nor is there any sound. I have the latest version of Flash Player and Firefox installed. As an alternative I tried to create a link to share through Acrobat but it says the files can't be uploaded to the cloud. I'm unsure if I can use the PDF as is in the Adobe Portfolio, which is where I need to put the project.

This is my first time doing this so I am sure I am doing something wrong for it not to work right. I haven't used Adobe Portfolio before so I am just following the instructions the school gave me for the final output of the project. According to the instruction, I should be able to use InDesign for Publishing or exporting as an PDF. Any help with either one would really be appreciated. If anyone needs my computer specs. I am using a Dell XPS 15 9570, 32 GB RAM and I'm using Windows 10. Thanks!

You haven't indicated your version of InDesign.

A video will not play in a PDF any more, since Flash has been dropped and is now obsolete. If your school has asked you to do this tell them they are out-of-date!

If you want to play a video in an InDesign document and you have a recent version of InDesign (InDesign CC2015 upwards), Place the video in your InDesign document (where you can also Place images and add text), and use InDesign's Publish Online feature. The only disadvantage is that you wil

The only disadvantage is that you will need to be online to view and demonstrate your document.

The other method you could experiment with would be exporting it from InDesign as a Fixed Layout ePub. You will need to download the ePub reader, Adobe Digital Editions, to view your ePub: Adobe Digital Editions | Download

I am using InDesign cc 2019. I was unaware that a video will not play in PDF anymore and since they never mentioned it I will be sure to inform them.

I have tried using the Publish Online feature as you mentioned but I still receive error 40. I will try the other method and export it as a Fixed Layout ePub. I already have the Adobe Digital Editions downloaded on my laptop so that's a plus.

Thank you for the help. It is much appreciated!

It's possible to have too big a file that is uploading?

I am uploading just a 63-page look book of images.

Maybe about 120-150mb

At 98% complete I get the following... what can be done?   thanks!!!!!

An error occurred while uploading your document. Please try again.

Error #16

I found this in Troubleshooting Error Codes... so I can reduce the size maybe, but what's the best way to do that without cutting pages?  It's 11x17 file so I can go to physical print with it and I want it online as an eBook.

What is "system time accuracy". and WTH do you do to it... that is so obscure!!!  Thank you!!!!
