InDesign Server 2019/2020 can not install on Windows Server 2022

Using an installer for InDesign CC 2019 or 2020 cannot be installed normally.

 

When installing on Windows Server 2022, there is no task progress bar or prompt message, only shows a blank page as below.
But the same installation package can be installed in Windows Server 2016 before.

Strictly speaking, the only version that is guaranteed to work with Windows Server 2022 is 18 now.
This can be seen from the information listed in requirements document.
