InDesign Share for Review links not working

Anyone else having issue with InDesign review links not working today? I have sent out a few and reviewers are getting this message. Other programs seem to be working fine.

Works fine again - Thanks.
But now the link is named: "Your Work"
Earlier it was: "Files | Adobe"

It is October 7th at 9:50am PST and I am still having this issue. I have created new links, saved new versions of the file, updated the app, restarted my computer, used different browsers, cleared my cache. The problem persists.

The plot thickens...collaborators in San Diego and Pittsburgh CAN open the file in a browser from the link, but collaborators in Houston, TX and Gulfport, MS, cannot. Same file, same link. What can cause that?!

ANOTHER UPDATE: The link works on Safari for me, but not on Chrome. I'm checking with my Windows peeps to see what they're using.

Just checked and everything works just fine in Edge! Nothing in Chrome.

I cleared my cache and cookies for the 4th time today and now it works in Chrome and Safari for me. Another colleague is still struggling with Chrome.

We've got the links back and the full toolbar after a cache clear in Chrome, as of 5 minutes ago.

Up and running here as well!

All tools are back and all previous mark-ups are showing.

Black navigation bar is still at the bottom of the screen and the blue Share button is still gone, but that's a small price to pay to get everything else back.

Fingers crossed that everything keeps working!

An Adobe Indesign review link I created 4 days ago suddenly stopped working. It was accepting comments just fine, but now is inaccessible. I need to get those comments, but also allow for future comments. Please advise!

Happening to us too. We are getting 404 errors "page not found" though I can see them in my review links. And if it DOES happen to load only page 1 is available. Clients are very mad and workflow is a mess. I've been trying to get folks to use this feature but suspect they never will now. 

InDesign 20.5 on win 11

Error in both Firefox and Chrome

@Anubhav M clearing my cookies is also not working for me. Tried to clear my cookies in firefox and use icognito mode - no luck

It was back to normal briefly yesterday on my end, but today the annotation tools are missing again, and the artwork is at the far left edge of the browser window.

Hello @Anubhav M! At this time, everything seems to be working as normal for my team. The only thing that looks different is that the artwork is flush left in the browser window.

Hi There, we were so happy to be up and running again and now today the edits in review are not attached to anything, so I don't know where to place them. It was working fine yesterday. Please let me know if anyone else is experiencing this. It is October 15th.
