InDesign shortcut Shift+Ctrl+Alt+Num /

Hello!
Many years ago I made a shortcut to create a new paragraph style - Shift + Ctrl + Alt + Num /

For some time this shortcut does not work anymore, while text is selected. It does work if text box is selected. I also noticed a strange thing, that if I were to create a new shortcut for whatever command, InDesign won't le me register a combination of Shift + Ctrl + Alt + Num / on any Windows 10/11 machine in the office. 

Can anyone on Windows and latest InDesign confirm, that such combination is not possible anymore? I believe it is something to do with the Alt key...

Win 10, ID 18.4 - looks like only "+" , "-" , "," are allowed - no numpad digits no matter of Alt, Shift, Ctrl combination. 

But numpad digits alone CAN be used.
