Kein Zugriff auf InDesign

Hallo zusammen,

 

Ich habe soeben InDesign abonniert, um es 7 Tage kostenfrei zu testen.
Ich habe kein Zugriff drauf. Ich komme nicht in dieses Programm rein, wenn ich im Creative Cloud Desktop drauf klicke.
Ich kann auch nicht auf das Abo zugreifen.

Kann mir jemand helfen? Ich habe es schon heruntergeladen, aber es funktioniert leider nicht.

Ich habe es mehrfach installiert. Es wird mir aber immer wieder als "testen" oder "kaufen" angezeigt.

Ja, habe ich mehrfach getan. Mir wird dann ständig angezeigt, dass ich es "kaufen" soll. Wenn ich dann auf "kaufen" gehe, sagt Adobe ich habe es bereits gekauft. Ich verzweifel total!
