Missing font Find font, content display correctly in page layout

It shows Missing font in Find font, but not in Indesign page layout it display the font correctly in content. But it not showing font missing error while opening the indesign document.

I installed the font in Document fonts

But if we go to menu Find font it shows missing font. I am working in Indesign CC 2015.

Hi gansanban,

If I get the issue correctly, it is giving error while opening the document.

Please check the following things on system

1) Check if it is a licensed font?

2) Check if the font is installed on system or not? (For Windows check Fonts folder in Control panel and for MAC check Font Book)

3) If file is not created on your system and you have received a packaged file please open the packaged folder and check fonts folder is the font is there or not.

Hi Srishti

While opening the indesign document it not shows error msg regarding font issue

1. Yes its a licensed font

2. Yes I installed the font in document font (I also installed and checked in Library---fonts, and Indesign fonts)

3. Files are created in our system only

In page text display there is no issue font appearance is 100% perfect. But it showing missing font in Find Font.
