I have to create Certificates of Appreciation and for some reason, when I print it's way off,  I mean way off of the standard paper size..

    Hi Greenflymedia:

In addition to Derek's questions, please take a look at File > Document Setup in InDesign and give us the paper size: width and height.

If printing through InDesign, check File > Print > Setup. Does the paper size match? Note that there are scaling option at the bottom of Setup that can impact output. Be sure they are disabled.

If printing through Acrobat, check the paper size in File > Properties > Description. Does the paper size match? Then head over to File > Print and check to see if the scaling options are enabled in the print dialog box. Be sure they are disabled.

Which version of InDesign and OS

Which size are you printing to

    What does "way off" mean?

Are you printing from InDesign or from a PDF created with InDesign?
