When I select the word "seven" making Index in Indesign, it does not include words containing the word "seven" (like seventy). Is there a way to include them?

No. You would have to index a word like seventy separately.

Paid Script imagined years ago (2017), but still relevant even if it could need to be seriously updated!

 

Just select the word "seven" in the text, launch the Script and click on 'OK" …
