Does any one know why this is happening? I save the PDF and then place in into indesign and all the interchangable text overlaps with in the document. its not a font problem. I am so confused why this is happening. Please help!

Is it a PDF form? The fields are overlapping because they need this space. But on print it should not be visible.

It is just a PDF. when i print it from the Indesign file it prints like it shows in the file. it is overlapping and unreadable.

These are "form fields", best to use the right term. Are these expected to work? Not sure.

Check to see if the fonts in the PDF and form fields are embedded. In Acrobat, go to File > Document Properties > Fonts this will list the fonts and their status.
