Publish Online stopped working Error 0

I can no longer publish online. I suddenly get this error message:

I have used Publish Online frequently with no issues as recently as yesterday. Nothing has changed on my end. I have tried all suggestions listed here:

None have solved the issue. I am using InDesign 2022 17.4.1 on an iMac running Big Sur 11.7.4 . 
Any suggestions would be appreciated. I'm on a project deadline. Thank you! 🙂

Seven mounths later, the error #0 persists. When will you have the solution.

Hi All

 

Unfortunately, I have to report that the Publish Online function also ends up with an Error 0 error message with me.

At the company level, we checked settings and looked at network activity during and after the Publish Online action. Nothing was found.
At home, it does not work on the normal home network either.

We checked my Adobe license, Publish Online is active.

Just uninstalled and reinstalled Indesign, that did not help either.

Details:
Indesign version 18.4
macOS 13.4.1 (22F82)
Plan: Adobe for Enterprise

I apologize for the ongoing issue you're facing with the Publish Online function in Adobe InDesign. 

I understand you've already checked various settings and network activity and even reinstalled InDesign, but the error persists. Since you're using an Adobe for Enterprise plan, I recommend logging a support case with the Enterprise support team by following the steps shared here

Hello,

I have the same issue. I can not longer publish online with InDesign. I tried from different computers, different internet connections, and different releases of InDesign. Please help, because I am stuck.

This is a conjecture, but be aware that Adobe has been merging Adobe Document Cloud with Adobe Creative Cloud so that we all end up with Adobe Cloud. I am suggesting there may be integration challenges on the mother-ship side of things.

Getting the same error as of last week: "Publish online is not available for your organisation". Super frustrating. Tried publishing online with Indesign 2021 and 2022. Can't upgrade to 2023 as my imac is outdated.

Getting this error message also.

Running Adobe Indesign 15.1.3 on Mac 10.13.6.

 

Any news on a fix please?

Publish Online is not working on any version of Indesign. The service is available with other computers in my network.

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Would you mind confirming the exact version of InDesign & OS. Is this happening with a specific file or multiple files?

I know Publish Online service is up at this moment because I just published a small file.

Is this just one file, or does this happen with other fils as well?

I guess that's true. The other services still work, however. I can still Share for Review from InDesign, and upload my interactive XD prototypes with no issue. 


Thank you. I appreciate it. I just tried from my laptop on a different network and get the same error message. Tried with an existing file, and then with a brand new file with no luck. 😞
