Resizing frames adjusts top and bottom - I only want it to resize the bottom.

I do not know how this changed. When I use to resize a text box or picture it would only resize one edge of the frame (the bottom) now the top and bottom adjust to make my new size. How can I reset it to only adjust the bottom margin and right margin?

    You much have changed your reference point to center -- change it back to where you want the frame to anchor.
