Scaling when creating pdf

I am having problems creating PDFs after the recent update.  InDesign appears to be scaling the document down to fit inside the bleed marks.  The 2 files attached are a before and after.  Help please!

Thank you for your help!  I am a newbie here and didn't realize what i was doing.  I can also say that i solved my problem by uninstalling InDesign and reinstalling.  Wiped out my preferences and started over.  It still appears to be doing minor scaling when i create the pdf but it is minimal and i can live with it.

I am unable to access the attached PDFs. Could you share a link to the files again after uploading them to a file-sharing service, so I can check it on my end? Additionally, kindly share a small screen recording of your workflow and the problem, so I can better assist you.

Its showing that it is doing a virus scan on my attachments. I don't do the file-sharing thing. I will see if I can update the post. Otherwise I am attaching the pdfs here.
