Shared swatch library colors printing differently on different devices

Hi all,

My coworker and I are having an issue with a shared swatch library we use. Despite having the same RGB values, our color profiles being the same, and our print settings being the same, the swatch prints differently for both of us. We checked for transparencies, which there were none, and we checked the printer itself, which does not appear to be the issue. What are we missing?

Have you tried printing your coworkers file from your computer? Just to narrow down if it might be a file issue

Hi @Faienscent , when you compare the RGB profiles are you looking at the document RGB assignment, Edit>Assign Profiles... or the Color Settings Working RGB Profile?

That’s not necessarily the profile that manages the document’s native RGB Colors— the RGB profile listed in Edit>Assign Profiles... would be the native RGB color’s profile.
