Formatting or local overrides?

For removing local overrides - you've got the suggestions already.

If formatting - Ctrl+C, Ctrl+Shift+V.

Why do you enter a return at the end of each line? You should never do that.

Hi Hendy:

The quickest way to remove all formatting overrides is to click ¶* button at the bottom of the Paragraph Styles panel. Please note that this removes both paragraph and character overrides with a single click. (You said character formatting in the title, and all in the follow-up comment.) Window > Styles > Paragraph styles.

What's nice about Willi's answer is that you can pick between character and paragraph-level formatting or both. Window > Utilities > Scripts

In either case, select the text you wish to modify first.

That is correct. If the button to remove overrides (and the same command in the panel menu) is useful depends how many independend stries are here. The script has the advantage to remove style overrides in a document with many independend stries.

It is also  question, where do the style overrides come from.

Use the script in Community Scripts to remove overrides of all kind of styles.

I am talking of InDesign.

Go to the script panel, in the category Community scripts you find a script to remove all overrides with a lot of subsettingsd.
