Hello! Shortcut to baseline grid settings is not working. Option/Alt click used to get you there.

Hi @bisconne,

Thanks for flagging this. I understand how handy that shortcut was in your workflow. Could you please try using Ctrl + Alt + ' (Windows) or Cmd + Option + ' (Mac) and let me know if that brings up the Baseline Grid settings for you? Just a heads-up, make sure your zoom level in InDesign is set to at least 75%, the grid only becomes visible above that level.. Reference:

I'd love to hear if that works or if you're still seeing the issue, and I can check with the team further if needed.

Looking forward to your update.

Hello!

Thank you for your reply. No, it does not work. I have the bg visible. Only I cannot edit my settings from that shortcut anymore. Have to go into preferences -> Grids... Super annoying when devs mess with little things that effect our workflow.

We understand how frustrating this can be, and we truly appreciate your patience. We’ll do our best to investigate it thoroughly.

Could you please confirm whether the View > Grids & Guides > Show Baseline Grid option is functioning as expected on your end?

Additionally, it would be very helpful if you could share a full-screen recording that clearly captures the issue. This will allow us to better understand the behavior and consult with the team if needed.

Thanks,

Harshika
