Shortcuts stops working after every Indesign restart

Hi.

After uppgrading to MacOS Mojave I have the following problem with InDesign CC 2019, 2018 and 2017 (haven't tried earlier versions)

When I start Indesign shortcuts does't work. Shortcuts are displayed in the menus, but nothing happens when I use them.

The workaround, I discovered, is to open the Edit > Shortcuts window and the  close it again the shortcuts starts to work again. But then if I quit Indesign and starts it again problem is back.

I have the latest versions of Indesign (CC 2019 has version number 14.0.1.209), Swedish language. Mac OS are also the latest 10.14.1

Since I wrote this I haven't experienced the problem anymore. I'm not sure why it disappeared, but Indesign have been updated since then so I guess that's the reason.

I had issues with my install of CC2019 and Mojave. I had to uninstall, then reinstall without copying over any settings. This fixed some of the issues, though the Properties & PDF comment import panels still cause my workspaces to not load.

I never imported old settings (and don't want to do that).

Actually the shortcuts works now, even after trying an application restart. Yesterday I restarted Indesign several times with the same problem as result. (I haven't restarted my Mac since then.)

So the problem seems to be a bit arbitrary.
