Texts disappear when place Ai file into InDesign file

Hi! I have designed my infographics in the Ai, but when place them into Indesign, all texts disppear from the graphics. What should I do to make them appear in the graphics?

You need to give us more details: what version of Illustrator, of InDesign? Can you post a screenshot of the Illustrator file and another of the InDesign file?

also, when you place the file, check Show Import Options. is there anything suspicious in the settings?

How do you add the infographic to your document? By copy&paste or placed as a link?

WHy do you not answer my question, what happens if you use PDF/X-4 instead. Please anwer it as it helps to come closer to a cause.

How was the text added in Illustrator? Is this a chart linked to a file, or something you drew and manually added the text?

I've tried. Seems unable to attach the file:

As an alternative, you could only write the text in ID and only import the graphics...! Although it is already strange and it would certainly be better if you could solve the actual problem.
