Hi Everyone,
I have Sequioa 15.0.1 on a MacBook Pro 2023. I have InDesign 19.5 installed. I cannot update to the latest version. I have uninstalled twice and re-installed with no results. I have plenty of memory. I have restarted the Mac. No luck. Any help would be most appreciated!

Hi Abhishek,
I've solved the issue... I work for two diferent colleges. I logged out of one college and logged in two my other one, but for some reason InDesign still thought I was logged in to that same college. I noticed that when I launched the program. I logged out of InDesign which then asked me if I wanted to log out of all Adoibe apps. I said yes and when I logged in again, all of the upldates became available... thanks for your help!

Exactly what happens when you try to do the update. How does it not work? Post the error message you receive, please.
Try restoring your InDesign preferences before you do the update:

Hi Abhishek,
Thanks for the quick reply! I do not get any error meaasages when I install InDesign. The program just keeps loading 19.5. My OS is up to date. In Creative Cloud, when I click on the three dots, I do not see that any updates are available... thoughts?

Thank you for sharing the screen capture and the additional details!
Since the installation goes smoothly but doesn't update to the latest version, please try the following steps:
1. In the Creative Cloud desktop app, click on the triple dots (•••) next to InDesign again.
2. Look for the option labeled "Other Versions".
3. From there, you should see version 20.0 available for installation.
Let me know if this works or if you need further assistance!
Best,
Abhishek

Hi Steve... the install goes smoothly... It just does update to the latest version. I did reset the preerences as you suggested, but that didn't solve the issue. Debbie

What happens if you uninstall 19.5 first; then install version 20.0?

Thank you for the update! I’m glad to hear that you were able to resolve the issue by logging out and then back in. It can be tricky managing multiple accounts, and I appreciate you sharing your solution with us.
If you have any more questions or need assistance in the future, feel free to reach out. Enjoy using InDesign, and best of luck with your projects at both colleges!
