Unable to customize page options while printing as a PostScript file

My indesign wont let me customize the the page size. When print it like this it cuts hald my image off keeeping 8.5x11 size. Ive seen other people say to download adobePDF9 but the link is broken to the actul adobe help page. 

im trying to have a custom size of 13x19 with crop marks in a post script file but it wont let me. any tips and help would be greatly appreciated ive been trying to find a fix desperately.
