Hello,
I have an InDesign file that I share with a client for review and feedback using the review feature. The file is stored on a server that my colleagues also have access to.
I would like to enable my colleagues to continue working on the file when I'm not available. They should be able to update the already generated review link as well. Currently, I receive the error message: "You cannot create or update the review link because you are not the owner of the review."
How can I resolve this issue?
Thank you in advance!

Hi @MaxB390456096,

As you are working through a server, then I would suggest instead of relying on Share for Review: you can export the file as a PDF and share it for comments through Adobe Acrobat. Acrobat’s shared commenting feature allows multiple users to collaborate and review the same document.
We understand the current limitations can be challenging for collaborative workflows. If you’d like, you can submit feedback for this feature to our product team using the Help > Submit Bug/Feature Request option in InDesign.
Let me know if you need further clarification or assistance!
Best,
