Working with languages that are not on the dropdown menu in indesign

I need to know if there is an option to add language in indesign?

Is it done simply by adding a dictionary? If so, where can you get such a dictionary? I need the following languages: Hausa, Igbo and Yoruba. Thank you in advance for your tips

Hi, it is partly solved because there unfortunately are no dictionaries available for 2 of 3 languages (Igbo and Yoruba) I need.
