Is it possible two set up a text frame with a single column header and a double column body? I am making a menu and that would be my ideal setup. I am using Indesign CC 2017 on a MAC

I am working on my first ever catalog design trying to clean up things from the previous designers catalog, Your video saved me so much time and hassel, as well as helping me keep the layout extra clean. Thank you.
