Everytime I try and publish my document online I get error code #13.
I have signed out of my account and back in again, it didn't help. Any other suggestions or reasons for why this might be happening are greatly appreciated.

Suggestions to try from Diane Burns:
-- log out, then back in, your Creative Cloud application
-- if you have checked to download a PDF with the Publish Online document, uncheck that option and see if it publishes.
-- make sure no new firewall/proxy has been added to your system.
