My rotate tool has disappeared!!! Indesign 2021

I've been working on a book for a few weeks now. Have used the rotate took many times but I've opened the file today and the rotate tool is no longer in the toolbar!? My only option is to input a degree I'd like to turn the selection by. I can't find the free rotate again anywhere. I feel like I'm off my rocker. Has anyone else experienced this?

    The Rotate tool lives with a few other tools (Free Transform, Scale and Shear). Press and hold on whichever of those tools is currently hiding it and count to 2. The flyout menu will open and you can select it.
