P: 14.0.1 update badges for "Likes" on sync'd collections are no longer showing

Hello,  still not working in LRC 14.0.1.  , I have old yellow badges but not new ones on last sync. collection.

Any idea ?

And the problem's back again ...

 

It's been working fine now for a while, and now the issue is back again.

 

My customer tells me they left some comments. No badge shows on the collection icon. No badges whatsoever are shown on the cells, and when sorting by Last Comment Time, the photos appear in a seemingly random order.

 

Something interesting to know: this collection had been shared before, customer selected (liked) some photos, and I made it private again (never stopped syncing).
The customer asks me to select some additional photos, so I make it public again. They made some comments, and now we're here.

 

Oh, and of course everything works fine in Lr. Is this a cheap trick to get us to move to the far inferior Lr? no badges in LrCno badges in LrC

@YannigVdW , what Lightroom Classic version is your customer using, indicate the actual version number?

Currently the use of the Sync to Adobe Creative Cloud features requires LrC 13.3 or later. The current version is LrC 14.0.1.

I'm using LrC for Windows 14.0.1.

My customer is using ... a browser 🙂 I sync the collection from within LrC, then generate a URL with the "Make Public" button.

@YannigVdW , have you checked the Sync function with Creative Cloud to ensure it is not stuck?

When there is updated information to share, it will be posted in this thread. 
If you look, the thread's status is Acknowledged. When fixed, its status will be changed to fixed.

When fixed, the status of a post changes from Acknowledged to Fixed. It is easy to tell at a glance for any thread what its status is.

This system is so crooked. I now have this situation:

- No badges in LrC. 

- There is activity in in Lr (under the notification bell). So I filter on Likes. A lot of pictures show up with no likes ...

Good to know: this is an album that had been taken offline, then shared again. I was surprised to see it got the same URL to share the album as before.

 

I really worry my customers are selecting their favorites, putting hours of effort into it, and I won't be able to (reliably) see their work.

@HDelion , Adobe updated Lightroom Classic to version 14.5 on Aug 13th 2025 have you updated your system?

If you have did you checked to see if your problem is fixed?

Hello, yes it seems to work for now. I received yellow badges. But this software is more and more slow ... It becomes a nightware to work with it. Without the catalog, I could change for DXO or Capture One.
