P: Compare View on 2nd Monitor shows no image on Zoom.

After LR Classic 13.0 and update 13.0.1 Lightroom is behaving weird on my second monitor.
Before I could use the compare mode on the second monitor when in the develop module on the first without any issues.
Could zoom in and out on the comparisons.
After the update this behaves odd.

Sometimes it will zoom in and out as before but most of the time it doesn't and one of the selected pics for comparison won't even show (just black) or sometimes even zooms in at a different percentage compared to the other. This only occurs when in the Develop module.

Switching from Compare to Loupe on the second monitor sometimes won't work either - display goes black.

When I switch to the Library module on the first screen there's no issue.

I've got a very robust Windows system with 32 GB of RAM and a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti 8GB of RAM which before (v 12.5) just did the job without any trouble.

Seems like Adobe rushed to do this update but forgot to test it thouroughly.

I have the same issue with the last LRc update and the 2nd screen view >= 100%.

Changes to the GPU usage do not solve the issue.

I am running Windows 10 Dutch version. And Dutch version LR 13.01 . I also have this issue in Library mode all works as designed, but in develop mode the zoom function on the secodn screen does not work.

Same issue here,

  1. Turning off the GPU has no effect on the bug.
  2. Changing the info label has no effect on the visibility of the image. Changing the selected image chages the partcally hidden image.
  3.  The problem is inconsistent, and unpredictable. It occurs in loupe or compare, with Normal, Live or Locked set on the second monitor.

LrC 13.01, Windows 10, Nvidia 1070, Nvidia 546.01 Studio driver installed today.

I have the same issue within Develop module. Zoom in and out doesn't work anymore on my second screen and goes black. This is really annoying. What is the solution for this issue?

I  reasonally came arcross thin problem.  When I am in the Develop Module and I have my second monitor showing Loupe- its find showing Fit but @ 100% or any % that involves enlargement it has problem showing the whole enlarged image.   But if I switch it to Library this issue does not occur.

I am using Win 11  LR 13.0.01

Modeators, @Rikk Flohr: Photography, please merge with this Bug:

Even though the subject line says"Compare View on 2nd Monitor", there are many posts in that thread about problems with Develop Loupe not zooming properly.

I do have a D500.
In previous post provided hardware.
Was tinkering with something that made a small preview window on primary monitor. At first it was black, cleared caches in preferences. Suddenly I had a picture on preview and secondary monitor. Moved to another picture, couldn’t get it back. Did retry with GPU Acceleration on and off.
GA was on when it worked.
Have been going through older pics so D600, D750 D810.

I only shoot raw.

This makes me think the Camera RAW profiles that are used for the former LRClassic 12.5 is the culprit of this.

I actually meant to say there's a major difference between the 12.5 en 13.01 version which is the probable cause of this.

I've done some further investigation of my own in the hope to get things a bit more clear.

When Use Graphics Processor is swithced off LR doesn't have issues with 'older' pictures from the Sony A77m2 regardles of JPG or RAW.
Magnification or zooming in on Compared pictures in Develop Mode on the secondary display is behaving normal.
The Loupe mode on the secondary display works as it should; no issues.

However when I perform the same action with pictures from my new camera, the Sony A6700, it starts behaving strange; even with GPU switched off.
The one picture gets zoomed in to 100 percent and the other only gets a magnification of around 50 percent.
The one clicked on gets the smaller zoom percentage.
Loupe mode now on the secondary screen also behaves odd an d doesn't show the entire picture.

This makes me think the Camera RAW profiles that are used for the former LRClassic 12.5 is the culprit of this.

I've reverted back to LR Classic 12.5 as this doesn't give me any headaches though I'd greatly appreciate if Adobe could fix this asap as I'm getting a bit annoyed by this (and the lack of feedback Adobe gives us on this).

I have the same issue with the 13.0.1 release.  I have Windows 10, 1080 Ti graphics card.  Screen goes black when I zoom in on the 2nd monitor in loupe.  I did disable the GPU and seems to be working that way but is slower.

I'm still having the same problem,  it's been a while now, my PC has a Ryzen 5950x 4000hz 32GB Ram, and a 4090. I also turned off GPU acceleration and I'm still having the same issue.
