Greetings all, 

 

A new update for Lightroom Classic has been released.  The May 14.3.1 update contains an update for this issue. 

If you do not see the update in your Creative Cloud Application, you can refresh it by hitting [Ctrl/Cmd]+[Alt/Opt]+[ R ].

Note: It may take up to 24 hours for your update to be available in your Creative Cloud app.

 This just popped up for me in the last couple of days. When trying to copy image settings and paste them to other images I get the red box at the top with this message "Some masking models failed to download. Please try again later". I get the same message when trying to apply presets. The preset will preview just fine in the window but will not apply.. I cannot seem to find a good response/fix for this anywhere. On a Mac OS - Sequoia 15.4.1 Lightroom Classic - 14.3 release Catalog resides on an external drive. I tried several different catalogs from several different drives. Thanks for any help! I am falling further behind schedule 🤦‍:male_sign: Scott

Right now, downgrading to Lightroom Classic 14.2 seems to work for me. (I'm on a Mac OS Ventura 13.7.5)

Hi everyone. I'm having a problem with lightroom classic. When I try to sync the changes made to an image on all the others I get this message "unable to load some masking templates. Try again later!" and the operation stops. The same problem occurs simply if I try to copy the settings on one or more images: LRC 14.3 Camera Raw 17.3 IOS sequoia 15.4.1

I uninstalled the latest 14.3 update and installed the previous version LrC 14.2. I temporarily disabled automatic updates. Now everything works... but it's not the solution.

Same problem here. No issue last night but when I opened Lightroom Classic this morning, it started. I may have to roll back for now, I have work to get done.

So I went to edit some work today and when I went to click my presets a error message pops up in red, this also happens when I try to use any AI masking. I reloaded my lightroom Classic software, even restset all prefreses, but nothing has changed. After I deleted all files and reinstalled the program. Still I am facing the same issue. It was working for me the day before, but cant find info on how to fix it. 

 

HELP!

Hello

 

Lightroom Classic was working fine...until last week.

I get the following message when I want to use  "Sync Settings" :

"Some masking models failed to download. please try again later."

I have restarted Lightroom several times. It doesn't help. I have restarded the computer as well. It didn't help either. I  waited a couple of days, hoping it was just a temporary bug - but obviously it is not.

Lightroom Classic (14.3) and Photoshop (26.6) are up to date

 

I am logged into Lightroom and my internet is working fine.

Platfom : mac OS 14.6 - macbook pro Intel 2020

 

Does anybody know how to solve this ?

Country UK, language English. I was in the middle of processing last shoot and was completely unable to apply multiple settings. Tried de-installing it completely, wiping all settings out (which was annoying since there is no way to save them/back them up and spending a lot of time remembering where evrything was is not fun), installing from fresh, logging out of my CC acount and back in - no help whatsoever. At the very last I restored 14.2 from time machine with a lot of faff and it works fine now.

Adobe has asked that you report in which country and which language you're running LR.

 

Meanwhile, others have reported that rolling back to LR 14.2 avoids the problem.

Same problem here. Occurs when I try to copy/paste settings from one image to others.

I am in Germany, LRC language set to English.

This is extremely annoying as I just cannot afford to "try again later"!!!! To say the least.
