Blending images with static background and moving objects

Adobe Community:

 

I am attempting to blend several images with a static background and a person moving from left to right. I've tried creating a pano in LR, and focus stacking in PS and nothing comes out clear. The person does not overlap between images.  Any suggestions?

    Do you want that person to be removed from the result, or do you want them to appear many times? Removing is done the way  @richardplondon described, keeping them all in the image means you have to make masks for each layer. It either case this is a Photoshop job, not something you could do in Lightroom Classic.

    Good point, I assumed removal of the person. To keep the person in multiple places, the aligned stack part of procedure would be the same - then frames would have to be masked out as needed within this stack, to prevent unwanted background areas from overlapping instances of the person. I suppose if the multiple frames were highlighted in LrC then all sent from LrC to PS using "edit in PS as pano", the alignment between layers would happen automatically and then only the layer masking would remain to do.

     

    Also I forgot to detail the other quick way of getting multiple images directly into one PS document: by highlighting them in LrC and using Edit in PS "As Layers".

    Please accept my apologies for not responding sooner. Both of you offered suggestions that were great and I was able to modify the image as I wanted. I just lost track of my manners and should have responded much sooner. Take care.

    In Photoshop, align the layers as a stack then combine out using Median processing. This algorithm tends to eliminate any features, such as a person walking through the scene, that do not occur the same across all the frames.
