Camera Serial Number and ISO Setting Stored Where?

I moved everything to a new computer including images, catalogs, preferences, etc.  All went well... except missing one set of settings.  I cannot find WHERE the settings for the save "Develop settings by camera serial number" and by "... ISO settings" are stored in my old computer in order to move them over.  They do not seem to be where the other preferences are. Does anyone know where LR stores them?  OR more specifically, how can I move these settings from my old computer to my new one?

I happen to find it on my own with a few clues from someone else.  Some files are stored under CameraRaw and not under Lightroom.  The develop module DEFAULTS are stored there.  I copied them from this folder on the old computer to the new computer and everything DEFAULTED as desired.

On my Windows computer it is located here:

Hope this helps someone else as well.

On the new computer go to Edit> Preferences and set them as desired:

Unfortunately, you have not understood the question. These two settings WERE checked in my old computer.  Between the two of them I have dozens of customization development defaults stored somewhere in LR based on the combination of camera serial number AND ISO setting.  In other words, if my the image came from my Canon 5DsR it could have different customized defaults at various ISO levels for both noise reduction and sharpening... etc.  When you add other cameras that I use, there are DOZENS of default variations.  My question is WHERE are the actual various user-defined develop default settings stored?  My goal is to move these default settings "by camera serial number" and "camera ISO setting" to my new computer to avoid the laborious work of redoing them all.

As a clue, if I try to save a default development setting over the top of an existing one, I get this dialogue shown below. Where is this information stored so I can move it over to the new computer?
