?: Can't move certain images to a different folder

Hello Everyone,

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I always appreciate the help I receive in this forum and want to thank you in advance for your time.

I am in the process of reorganizing my folders and files inside of Lightroom CC Classic. I can move some of my images in a particular folder to a different folder, but cannot move them all. Some of them move perfectly, but others of the same format, same camera, same shoot will display the following:

A WINDOW opens that is entitled "Error While Moving Files"

and within the window it says:

"File could not be moved to the selected destination."

            FILENAME

I have looked around and can't seem to find a solution.

If you can help me with this I would appreciate it very much. I have hit a brick wall and would love to continue with my file management in Lightroom.

I use Mac OS High Sierra, Lightroom CC Classic 2015.14 Release   Camera Raw 10.1

Thanks so much,

Rick

Try the following: Do  get info in Finder on the image (command-I). Uncheck the tiny checkbox that says "locked"

Can you move them in the Finder? Can Adobe Bridge move them?

Thank you for your reply!

When I try to copy and move  the image in Finder it allows me to do it, however when I try to "move" the image in Finder it gives me a message saying that it is not allowed because the image is locked.

Thanks again,

Rick
