I have been using Lightroom 6.14 (Classic) since 2017, installed on my Mac Pro and laptop Mac Book Pro, both running High Sierra (10.13.6).
When I tried to run it today on the laptop a configuration error appeared (see screenshot attached). It says "contact Customer Support for further assistance, and mention the error code 213:5".
I logged into Customer Support, mentioned 'Configuration error 213:5' and have received zero support.
Can anyone help? Any advice about how to resolve the issue?
Having failed to find any customer support, advice about accessing meaningful support would also be welcome.
