downloading lightroom classic

Hello! Please help!

I purchased the photography package which includes lightroom, lightroom classic, photoshop and a few others. When I try to download lightroom classic I click "Install" and it sends me to this error page. WHY?

Looks like you clicked an 'Install' button on the https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop website, without having the Creative Cloud app installed. As the app does the actual installing, it must be installed first.

This doesn't look like anything I have seen. Can you show us the screen before this, where you click on "Install"?

Also please state your operating system version NUMBER. We need the NUMBER and not words like "latest" or "up-to-date"
