Hallo,

Vielen Dank

David

Develop mode editing surface/image remains gray

Three possible causes of the problem –

  1. There is a problem with the GPU.
Go to Preferences > Performance, and uncheck Use graphics processor.
  2. The Develop previews are corrupted.
Go to Preferences > Performance > Camera Raw cache settings, and click the Purge cache button.
  3. You have a defective monitor profile.
Try setting the monitor profile to sRGB (use Adobe RGB if you have a wide gamut monitor).

If this fixes the problem, you should ideally calibrate your monitor with a hardware calibrator.

Excellent advice from Per above: have you done that and if so can you give the Forum feedback so we close this thread?

Thanks Ralf
