How to cancel synchronization

Hi, there are some images of a collection in LR Classic for upload but they are not final uploaded . Even if I log out with Adobe account and log in again, these images are still hanging in the sync. How can I cancel (not pause) the sync process?

Hi there,

 

We're sorry about the trouble with the synchronization issue.

 

You may try to pause sync in Lightroom Classic and quit the application and then log-in to your Lightroom web App i.e https://lightroom.adobe.com/ 

Go to All Photos and select all (check-mark top right – on thumbnails) and choose to delete on the blue menu at the top.

Quit the web browser and re-launch Lightroom Classic and then activate sync again – deactivate pause.
