How to disable all stacking

I hate the stacking feature and cannot find how to unable it. The same as the people recognize feature that you can only paused and not unabled alltogether. I want to get rid of it. Please Adobe let us choose how we want to work and do NOT force features upon us that some of us find annoying and a huge waste of our time.

A simple checkbox in the preferences' dialog: DO NEVER STACK ANYTHING would be really welcome.

What stacking are you referring to? AFAIK, Lightroom does not stack any images unless you told it to do so in some dialog, like in 'Merge to...' or 'Enhance' or 'Preferences - External Editors'.

I am referring to stacking the same image if I use Enhance resolution/size increase. I don't want any stacking never. These are two separate files with different resolutions. Don't want them seen as one with a little number.

I also think it is time that we can choose where we want the enhanced version be placed and not have the only option to have them in the same folder as the original images as this is inconvenient in many ways.

As far as I know, there is no way to "unable" stacking.
