Images badly pixelated in library and develop module

Hi

Any help would be appreciated. All of my images are being shown as badly pixelated in the library and develop modules, but are crystal clear in any other computer program. There are images that I viewed last year at 400% were crystal clear, and now those exact same images are appearing  badly pixelated at just 100%. I'm running Windows 10. Can anyone tell me what's happening and how to fix it?

Thanks for any help/ suggestions.

In LrC Edit> Preferences> Performance set 'Use Graphics Processor' to Off as shown below. Close and restart LrC to apply the setting change. Does that fix the issue?

The more information that you can provide, with screen captures the better. Have you tried disabling the GPU and testing?

Hi, thanks for your reply. How do I disable the GPU?
I've opened up my images in photoshop on a different computer and they're not pixelated, so I'm thinking it's a Lightroom glitch.

Images viewed at 400% should not be crystal clear. But ... we need to see screen captures of what you are seeing. Please use the "Insert Photos" icon to include screen captures in your reply (do NOT attach files).

Also, please state the exact name of the software you are using, and the exact version NUMBER.
