Library Grid view missing thumbnail size adjustment

Need some help, I am sure its probable my error but some how I "lost" the size adjustment slider on the botom of the grid view screen. I can still adjust the size with +/- keys, but the bottom of the grid is missing and tab.shift tab... do not bring it back.

And if the toolbar is on, but the slider is still not showing, click the triangle on the far right of the toolbar and make sure Thumbnail Size is checked.
