Lightroom Classic Print Module - multiple pages

Hi,

 

I created templates which I want to use in the custom package templates section.

I want to create multiple pages and then apply different layouts to each.

 

Here's the problem:

When I add a page (or some pages), each time I apply a template to a page all the other pages are gone (disappears), only the last page with the template applied stays.

 

Any ideas? Bug?

    You can define your multiple pages (each with its own, different custom package layout) and then save the whole thing combined, as a single print preset template.

     

    Whenever you re-load a print preset this replaces all aspects of whatever layout arrangement you might currently show: you cannot restrict the scope of that, so it only affects one part of that arrangement.

    The pages are just components of a single, overall print layout. That is what the print preset is saving. Print presets are not page layout masters, as you would find in DTP.

     

    IMO one cannot expect LR to work in all the exact same ways, as page layout software does - it does offer some simple page layout tools of its own, but expectations are different.

    Hi Jo,

     

    Sorry that the pages in Print module of Lightroom Classic are disappearing while you're editing a page with template. That shouldn't be happening, let's work to isolate what you're seeing.

     

    Could you please share a screenshot of the Print module and the options to illustrate the issue? Does the problem occurs while working on a single template only? Have you tried using a different set of images or templates?
