Lightroom Classic won't open Win11

Question

Hey, so like so many here I have encountered an issue with my LR Classic. I opened it, synced my catalog since I just got a new PC and then in the final step wanted to paste my Presets into LR. Well during that time LR began using more and more RAM (up to 30 of my 32GB)...which I was confused about but just ignored. Well in the final Step I changed the App language since it was in German and I wanted it to be in English. Then I closed the app to restart it and that is where the issue began. IT. WILL. NOT. OPEN! I have tried everything: Delete LR, reinstall, Delete Preferences, Restart my PC, use the Cleaner Tool to remove it and also to clean the entire Suite...nothing. It just sits in my Task Manager using around 5GB of RAM...I have no clue what else I can do. Every other App works fine. Please someone help me

Please follow these steps:Close LrC if open (if the UI isn't visible shut down LR via Taskmanager)Locate the file named "metrics.json"File Locations: Mac: /Users//Library/Caches/Adobe/Lightroom/metrics.jsonWin: C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Adobe\Lightroom\Caches\metrics.json Remove or rename the file Check if Lightroom starts normally.
