I realize that I do not have a cloud based verison of LTRM and am not sure where to get futher help with my software issues. That being said, Late December of 2022 my personal computer OS fragmented and crashed making it inop and lost my all my photo editing software including Lightroom. I managed to reinstall LTRM 6.14 in February of this yr but continue to be plagued problems related to the software. Three main issues are: stitching in the panoramic function or merge photos (in both cases) gives me errors, " an internal error has occured : failed to import final pano result from C:\user\Alan...... " same results and error message occurs with the merge function. Most of the time I get an error and LTRM shutdown when I try to pull new photos into the library. The error message states " A problem casued the program to stop working correctly. WIndows will close the program down and notify you if a solution is available". I am currently running Microsoft OS 10 and have a 1.8TB hard drive with 16GB of RAM. I have reloaded LTRM twice in hopes of resolving these isues with no success. I would greatly appreciate some insight or help from those who may have resolution ideas.
