Hello, can you please tell me Adobe's recommended export settings for exporting photos from Lightroom to, 1. Instagram, 2. Facebook, 3. Web, 4. Print. I have looked on youtube however there are a multiple of answers on this subject. I am sure this has been answered many times on this forum, but I am new. Regards Paul

You can search social media sizes on the web and then make that size jpeg for each of the platforms you wish to use them on. Save each size as a preset that will show in the left column and each time you want one, just choose that preset. For insta I just use 1080px long edge and 1920px for Stories, both at 72dpi and quality 4. I use the same 1080px preset for Facebook as well, as my Instagram links through to there.

For Insta, FB and web in general I'd select sRGB and jpg.

For printing, it depends on the printing provider. Use the best they support. If they support AdobeRGB and tif, I'd go with that.

The community has a nice working search feature 😉
