Lightroom keeps stacking with original

After the update to the current Lightroom 10.0, Lightroom ignores my option "Mit Original stapeln" in "Externe Bearbeitung".

I don't want Lightroom to stack a HDR with it's source-files, but the setting is ignored.

    You did not use an external editor to create your HDR, so that preference setting has nothing to do with this. The option to stack the HDR with the source files is in the HDR dialog (where it has always been).

      Also having this issue.
      So how do you stop LR from stacking the HDR file with the Source file?

      Uncheck the "Create Stack" option in the HDR Merge dialog box:
