Loupe View - Disable

I'm sure this is basic.

I've been using Lightroom for a few years.

Up until a week ago, whenever I was in Develop, it was in a full screen panel without loupe view in the upper left.

How can I switch back to just having the main part of the display showing all changes, etc?

The loupe inset is extremely distracting to the point of making LR unusable for me.

Thank you in advance for any help.

    Update if anyone cares.

My PC died shortly after the problems started.  I think it was a combination of a bad Windows 10 update and a failing boot drive.

I decided to treat myself to a fairly future proof system with plenty of expansion room.  An Alienware Area 51 that I spec'd out with a 10 core i9 processor, an NVIDIA 1080 GPU, and 32GB of really fast memory.

Needless to say I'm having zero issues with the hardware assist setting and it's fun having no lag when editing.

Thanks again to all who tried to help.

    Thanks to all the comments.

Disabling the graphics processor gets rid of the problem.  I'm running a basic Nvidia 970 based card with the latest driver.  As time permits I will try to sort out the underlying issue.

I am not sure I understand your question..!

"Loupe" view is the option in the Library module-

(Loupe view)  shows you the one selected photo in the main window of the Library.

(Grid view) shows the Library Grid of thumbnails.

    In the Develop module-

You always see the 'most selected' photo in the main Develop window.

The smaller image in the top left panel is "Navigator" preview of the full image.

When you zoom up the photo, the Navigator view will indicate the area viewed in the main window with a rectangle. You can drag this rectangle to re-position the area in main window view.

The Navigator panel can be hidden by clicking on the grey header of the panel.

And you can Hide/Show ALL the panels by the options in the small triangle on the left margin of the panels, or press the [F7] function key.

    Thanks for the screen-clip.

Weird- also never seen before. Certainly some graphics problem, but nothing I can suggest.

Per Berntsen has best answer I could think.

@Rafael Aviles suggests the second monitor option, but I cannot make it an image only, and I do not see the breakup of the screen in the lower left corner.

This is what my screen looks like if I click on the second display icon (the rectangle with the number 2 in it) and select Loupe - Normal from the drop down menu.
