LRC File Handling

I cannot find the File Handling drop down on LRC any help would be appretiated thanks

In the Import dialog box, at the top right, is "File Handling", it refers only to File Handling when you import. It doesn't apply to photos you have already imported.

If that is not what you want, what "File Handling" do you want to do?

There is no File Handling in top right hand corner how do i get it please
