My lightroom system changes the language automatically

My lightroom system changes the language automatically and now it is in Spanish and although I understand Spanish, I do not understand ANYTHING of the controls in Spanish, I only understand them in English, how can I change it?

Go to Edit >> Preference >> General (on mac: Lightroom Classic >> Preference >> General)

Then choose English from the language pull-down list and click OK

Quit Lightroom and re-launch the application for the language change to take effect.
