Preset file was the wrong type of preset error code

Hello, I have some lighroom presets that Im trying to import into the develop module.

The files are lrt template, however either way if I import with right clicking or show the lightroom preferences folder

I continue to get the same error message "Preset file was the wrong type of preset error code" I have tried opening the file

in notepad and seeing what kind of file it is, but I am not getting very much info. Any help would be very appreciated!!

Firstly- Are they 1) Global Development Presets, or 2) Local Adjustment Brush Presets?

Did you purchase? From where?

What version number of Lightroom are you using?

Open one of the presets with any Text Editor.

If it's an adjustment brush preset it will show "LocalizedAdjustmentPreset" next to type =:

If a Develop Preset it will show type = "Develop"
