Recentely downloaded free trial and subscribed for LR Classic 13.5 Relase on my Windows 11 laptop.

After creating my own Preset i observed that i am able to apply the new presets but unable to use the Preset Slider for controlling the amount to apply.

Do you've tried to recreate the appropriate preset which amount slider doesn't work?

My System: Intel i7-8700K - 64GB RAM - NVidia Geforce RTX 3060 - Windows 11 Pro 25H2 -- LR-Classic 15 - Photoshop 27 - Nik Collection 8 - PureRAW 5 - Topaz Photo

Do you have set the appropriate option "Support Amount slider" in your preset?

I rechecked and the Support AMount slider was selected. I am trying to create new presets and the same issue is not getting resloved.

Should I delete the Lightroom Classic and reinstall

It's highly likely that one or more of the adjustments that you've included in the preset doesn't support the Amount slider.
