Perhaps you have put your Lightroom catalog folder (which contains "previews.db") in a folder that's synchronized with Dropbox, Onedrive, Google Drive, etc.  While LR has the catalog open, the file "previews.db-journal" exists and will be locked, prevent other applications (e.g. Dropbox from accessing it).

I think the solution is simply to ignore the message, or to stop syncing the catalog folder with Dropbox, etc.

I've moved this from the Using the Community forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the LR Classic forum so that proper help can be offered.
